Is my family's data private?
Right now, Roots & Recipes is a prototype. Nothing you record or upload in the demo is saved, uploaded, or stored anywhere. We'll share our full privacy approach before real accounts and storage go live.
What happens to a recipe I record?
During this prototype phase, nothing is saved permanently — recipes you try in the demo aren't stored. Once our beta launches, everything you record will be saved to your family's private cookbook.
How does inviting my family work?
Personal invite links are a planned feature for our beta launch — see an example on the Invite Your Family page. They aren't live yet.
When can I actually start using it?
We're preparing our early beta right now. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when it opens.
Can I export or delete my data if I leave?
